Requirements for Contestant:

1. Contestant must be at or over 18 years old, without restriction to his/her region or job; if Contestant is under the age of 18, he/she shall be represented in civil activities of the Contest (including but without limitation: making the following warranties and representations) by his/her guardian.
2. Submitted works should be closely pertinent to the Contest theme and their contents must comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
3. Contestant willing to receive marketing information from CONVERSE

Contest Terms:

1. Originality: All the works submitted MUST be original works of Contestant himself/herself. The Contest qualification of a Contestant shall be immediately cancelled once it is found that such Contestant has committed any fraud or plagiarism, or has infringed upon any third party’s rights, or has violated copyright law, or has conducted any behaviors of similar nature, and the Contestant shall be fully liable for all the losses arising thereof.
2. Integrity of right: Contestant guarantees that he/she is the sole and exclusive proprietor of the worldwide copyright in and to the works, and all the works submitted by him/her do not infringe upon any rights (including but not limited to the copyright) of any third party. Contestant knows and understands that all the words, information and name submitted by him/her shall be publicized to the public.
3. Legality: Submitted Works must be in conformity with the relevant laws.
4. All the submitted works do not bear any other brand or logo and do not contain any advertising words publicizing other products, services, brand etc.
5. All the submitted works have never been used for any other contest or been publicly published, and Contestant agrees that once the works are submitted he/she will not assign or transfer the works to any other third party or publish the works on other websites or newspapers during the period of this Contest. Contestant agrees to be fully responsible for all disputes arising out of the beach of the forgoing terms and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest organizer from and against any and all losses arising thereof.
6. Winner agrees that the worldwide copyright and title of submitted works will belong to CONVERSE; Furthermore, CONVERSE, its respective successors and assigns and anyone authorized by Converse is entitled to make any modification to the works and to use （including but not limited to: reproduce, copy, sell, exhibit, broadcast, distribute and combine or edit with other images, sound or information）them for whatever lawful purpose; and the Winner agrees to sign any documents as required by CONVERSE to establish and preserve Converse’ right in the works. (For the contestant is under the age of 18, the document must be signed by their guardians on their behalf.) The winner will bear and pay the personal income tax thereof by himself/herself; the awarded prize can not be exchanged to cash or other products.
7. The submitted works may probably not be immediately displayed on the web page. The Contest organizer has the final right to decide whether the submitted works conform to “Contest Rules” and whether the works are eligible for further Contest or not. All the works which are not in conformity with the laws and Contest Rules established by the Contest organizer can not pass the check and examination. The unpassed works will be deleted directly without any additional notice, and please do not submit the same works repeatedly.
8. The personal private information collected during the period of this Contest can only be used for this Contest. Contest organizer and any persons who have the opportunity to have access to the aforesaid information shall strictly keep such information confidential. Meanwhile, Contestant must ensure the truthfulness and credibility of the information provided by him/her; CONVERSE has the right to cancel at its sole discretion the award-winning qualification of the Contestant who provides false information. Contest hereby agrees that when necessary, CONVERSE may contact Contestant with the contact information Contestant provided.
9. Contestant has any objection about the judge(s) or other aspects (such as result) of the Contest, he/she can submit such opinions to the administrator, however, he/she must respect and obey the Contest result.
10. Within the maximum extent permitted by law, Contest organizer shall reserve the final rights about the interpretation of this Contest and also the right to amend the Contest Rules.
11. The Contestant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CONVERSE and Contest organizer and their respective officers, agents, successors and assignees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs or losses of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of any breach or alleged breach by the Contestant of the foregoing warranties and representations and/or any use of the works submitted herein
12. Any contents published by Contestant on POCO minisite and any comment(s) made by Contestant to the contents shall only represent his/her/their own opinions and behavior(s), and shall in no event be deemed as or constitute or be construed as the opinions and/or behavior(s) of CONVERSE, and in no event CONVERSE shall be held responsible or liable for such opinions and behavior(s) of Contestant .
13. The Contestant’s submission of the application for this Contest shall be deemed as having accepted the aforesaid terms.
